Presentation:

Carole Servière is Egypt Country Director. She has professional experience in Coordination of Microfinance Programs as well as in Human Resources Management.

Since 2007, she supervises all programs in Egypt. She coordinates Technical Assistance programs and provides Egyptian Microfinance Institutions, Banks and the Egyptian Network of Microfinance with expertise in Impact and Evaluation Studies of the microfinance sector in Egypt, design and implementation of training modules, design and implementation of a micro-insurance program, design and launch of an Information Sharing System for Egyptian MFIs, and rural microfinance programs.

Before joining PlaNet Finance, Carole worked for 6 years as a Human Resources Manager, in France and abroad. She has solid skills in organization strategy, corporate management and public relations in the private sector.

Carole holds a graduate diploma from Sciences-Po Paris and a Master degree in Labor Law Human Resources Management and Social Regulations; from the Faculty of Law, University Paris II.
